Our Investigation Includes:

1. A reconciliation of the utility's street light inventory with your street light bill.
2. An on-site investigation of your street lights to determine wattage, equipment, and placement of your street lights and a reconciliation of the information found in the field with your bill.

Troy & Banks has capabilities to either create a new GIS dataset by collecting data from "scratch" or attempt to reconcile existing GIS data with what exists in the field.  

We will conduct a Street Light Inventory Survey of a Clients' existing streetlights using ESRI Web GIS Collector or Field Maps apps that instantly upload pin-point accurate data collections to our project manager via a combination of ArcGIS Online and ArcGIS Pro.  A user friendly ArcGIS Online Dashboard link will be shared to allow the Client to track survey progress in real time.
